WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR HIRING BRIDGE & CASE?

We believe good communication is essential for any project's success.  Our client intake process has been specifically designed to help determine a potential client's goals and needs and establish clear project expectations. The steps are as follows:

  1. Completion of complimentary 30-minute phone/zoom consultation.

  2. Development of contract with clearly defined objectives and total number of hours authorized by the client.

  3. Return of signed contract and project retainer.

HOW DOES BILLING AND PAYMENT WORK?

We offer clients project-based and monthly billing options.  For all engagements, the contract states that Bridge & Case must be reimbursed for any project-related expenses and travel (current IRS mileage rates apply).


We accept payment by check and through PayPal.

DO YOU REQUIRE A RETAINER?

For our research and archival projects, a retainer of 20% is required.  Work on the project will begin once the signed contact and retainer have been received. All retainer funds will be applied to the final invoice on project completion.

For other consulting projects, retainer requirements are established on a case-by-case basis.
